I-SEAMORE White Paper: Business Modelling for an Advanced Maritime Surveillance Platform

Take a look at our new White Paper, “Business Modelling for an advanced platform managing maritime surveillance operations,” developed by our project partners from INI-Novation GmbH.

This document describes the commercialization strategy and business development approach for the I-SEAMORE ecosystem. The platform offers European Maritime Authorities enhanced situational awareness and operational capabilities for maritime surveillance by leveraging innovative technologies like AI, Big Data fusion, and multi-asset orchestration (UxVs). The White Paper analyzes core use case scenarios, specifically preventing irregular migration and preventing drug smuggling, to define customer values, assess market potential (TAM, SAM, SOM), and outline competitive advantages and long-term exploitation models (e.g., Direct-to-Government contracts and Data-as-a-Service). It also critically addresses the ethical, legal, and market entry barriers crucial for the platform’s successful uptake in the EU.
