With only six months left until the official end of the project in October 2025, this meeting was a key milestone in aligning all efforts toward a successful final phase.
The meeting focused on reviewing the status of integration, testing, and validation activities, and setting a clear path forward for the final demonstration phase. Project partners presented their latest progress, discussed challenges, and collaboratively defined next steps to ensure seamless delivery of all components.
Key objectives of the meeting included:
- Reviewing system integration, testing, and validation progress and identifying both existing and potential issues.
- Outlining the action plan for the remaining months of the project, ensuring all efforts are streamlined towards completion.
- Tracking progress across all work packages and tasks, with each partner presenting updates and aligning deliverables.
- Administrative and coordination updates, ensuring compliance, timelines, and project management excellence.
The collaborative discussions reinforced I-SEAMORE’s commitment to developing a cutting-edge maritime surveillance solution tailored to the needs of border and coast guard authorities. The upcoming months will be crucial for the final testing and demonstration of the I-SEAMORE platform, which promises to bring intelligent, integrated capabilities to enhance situational awareness at sea.
